The present Terms and Conditions represents the agreement and responsibilities between the Users and MyVPN.

"User" in this agreement is any physical person who is registered in this website and using the services of this website.
"Operator" in this agreement is this website, the company MyVPN as well as its owners.

The User accepts the Terms and Conditions hereby during the process of creating a new account with the Operator and commits to use the Services of the Operator according to this agreement and to never break any of the articles below.

1. The Operator commits to take all required measures as soon as possible in order to make sure the services are available all the time and are working correctly.
2. The information that the User submits during the registration, payment and usage of the services is accessed ONLY by the Operator ONLY to allow the Operator to provide its Services to the User. The Operator values its Users privacy and guarantee that their private information will not be shared with third-parties except in case of misusage of the account by the User or if required by Law.
3. The User is responsible for his actions while using the Operator services. The User has to obey his country laws and policies. The user agrees not to share his account with other Users and to keep his login credentials safe. The user can use his account on multiple devices but only 1 simultaneous session is allowed per account. Multiple simultaneous sessions for 1 account are strictly prohibited.
4. The Operator provides its services "as-is" and without any guarantees. The Operator is not responsible for any direct or in-direct losses that occured as a result of using Operator services.
5. The Operator does not guarantee the speed, the performance and the availability of his services. The Operator can not guarantee also the User bandwidth and the User internet connection that is provided by the User internet service provider in his location.
6. The Operator is not responsible for damages or losses occured due to the unavailability of some or all of the Operator services because of technical issues or network problems or because of problems with our internet service provider. In any case the Operator is not responsible for more than the actual amount that the User paid to the Operator for his services.
7. The data that is kept on Operator services is used only for monitoring of the services, detecting any defects or errors, detecting potential security breaches and abuse usage by Users. The data is not used to monitor Users activity in internet or to censor internet content. The data is kept for maximum of 3 years. The Operator values its Users privacy and is not interested to know who is doing what in internet.
8. The User agrees to:
   • NOT use stolen Credit Card or Paypal account for payments.
   • NOT to use our services to attack other computers, servers or networks in internet. Also to not attack our services, servers and resources.
   • NOT to use our services to do port scanning, running proxy hunters or to hack other computers, servers or networks in internet.
   • NOT to use our services to sent viruses, trojan horses, worms etc.
   • NOT to use our services to sent phishing, false or illegal information.
   • NOT to use our services to distribute child pornography, illegal software, music or movies, as well as NOT to distribute other prohibited content by Law. The abusers will have their accounts terminated and will be reported to the corresponding authorities.
   • NOT to use our services for any kind of terrorist activities.
   • NOT to use our services to sent threats.
   • NOT to use our services for any kind of illegal or criminal activities.
9. The Operator has the right to limit or terminate given User account and refuse to offer his services to any User if he suspects or receives complains from other Users, internet service providers or other companies about illegal activities of the User account.
10. The Operator has the right to terminate User account without any warning or refund in case the User is not complying with the Terms and Conditions described here.
11. If the User violate the Terms and Conditions and/or is using his account for commiting illegal or criminal activities, all his privileges in regards to his privacy and personal data will be void, his account will be terminated without any refund and he will be reported to the authorities.
12. The Operator has the right to change the Terms and Conditions and the User is responsible to check this page regulary for changes and make sure he follows them.

14. The Operator is NOT responsible for the direct or in-direct actions of his Users.



Privacy policy

1. The information that the User submits during the registration, payment and usage of the services is used only for monitoring and providing of the Services of the Operator, detecting software errors, potential security breaches and abuse from other Users. The data is not used to monitor user activity in internet or censor internet content and is NOT shared with third-parties unless required by Law. The Operator values its Users privacy and guarantee that their private information is safe.

2. The Operator stores the following User data: name, email and payment specific information. This data is used for: creating and managing User account, providing Operator services, sending reset password emails, sending account expiration notices, sending information about new products and services, sending information about other products and services related to the Operator.

3. The Operator may keep additional connection information in raw aggregated format such as IP address, bandwidth, server ports. This data is used for detecting potential software problems and security breaches as well as potential abuses from the User.

4. The Operator IS NOT storing any kind of sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers, passwords for paypal and epay acounts etc. This data is kept by the corresponding payment provider and more information about his privacy policies can be seen on the website of the corresponding payment provider.



Refund policy

Users can ask and get a full refund within 2 days from the payment of his service for any reason.

If the Operator terminates the User account due to violations of the Terms and Conditions, the User will not get any refund.

1. The Operator uses Cookies while the User is logged in the Operator website or is in a process of registration of new account. This allows better use experience, correct management of the user account, payment of the services or successful creation of new account.

2. Third-parties, that work with the Operator, can use Cookies in order for them to function properly. Such providers are Google Analytics, who uses cookies to provide different analytics data, as well as some payment providers to ensure the payment is successful.
